Eligibility Criteria for LHV Admission 2025
- Matric with Science: Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- F.Sc (Pre-Medical): At least 50% marks from a recognized board.
- I.D. Card/B-Form: Required for application.
- Punjab Domicile: Valid domicile required.
- Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate: Mandatory for Hafiz-e-Quran candidates from a registered institution.
- Medical Fitness: Certificate from a medical officer is required.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of the last application date (no age relaxation).

Criteria for Determining Merit for Govt Lady Health Visitors Course 2025
- Merit will be based on FSc (Pre-Medical) marks.
- If candidates have equal FSc marks, merit will be determined by Matric science marks.
- If FSc and Matric marks are equal, seniority (age) will be used to break the tie.
- If all criteria are equal, the SHC&ME Department will make the final decision.
